OWO RESIDENCES

At The OWO, RJP Studio was invited to shape a flagship residence that would both exemplify the character of the development and offer a calm, refined counterpoint to its historic grandeur.


Rather than impose a predetermined aesthetic, the design evolved from an understanding of the architecture and the way the apartment would be lived in. Proportion and materiality were considered as equal partners: timber, stone and soft textiles were selected for their tactile warmth as much as their visual restraint, reinforcing a sense of quiet luxury throughout.Spatial planning was approached with an emphasis on flow and adaptability, allowing each room to feel both purposeful and comfortable. This measured approach extended to lighting and joinery, where scale and detail were resolved to support daily use without distraction.
